Entrega v1 aula: shell com abas, PITIUPI_HOME e plugins de referência.

Consolida núcleo (presença, peer actions, MessageDispatcher), chat e screencast na galeria, documentação PT-BR e testes JUnit; remove mpChat do catálogo em favor do chat unificado.
